The tempting menu’s rather eclectic and long but doesn’t lose any quality because of it. Regular Brasserie Flo Lisboa-goers tend to go for the sea scallops and red mullet risotto with saffron or pan-seared duck with gratin dauphinoise, rounded off with a white chocolate mousse. Bravo!
