	Information on the Bacalhau de Molho - Casa de Linhares restaurant Bacalhau de Molho is an interesting restaurante located on the ground floor of the Casa of the Condes de Linhares, a building which was not completely destroyed in the earthquake that struck Lisbon in 1755. What remained of this building has been rebuilt, leaving today what is a magnificent Renaissance building. The room maintains the look and feel of that past era, with imposing columns of stone, a huge fireplace which contrasts with the leather chairs, and the decor of northern Portugal to offer us the most suitable ambience to appreciate Fado. Here we have the opportunity of tasting the thousand and one different ways of preparing cod, one of the most traditional dishes in Portuguese cuisine. It has a wine-cellar downstairs with selections of wine since 1980.
